Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. When the order is placed we have the garments printed or embroidered specific to the customers order.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your item(s) to be made before it is shipped. 

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a additional days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipment method, Estimated delivery time through UK from once items are dispatched:

Royal Mail : 2-3 business days

DHL           : 2-3 business days

Overseas shipping times will vary depending on the location

Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do our utmost to avoid any logistics delays.

Shipment/s to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped it may contain your tracking number(s) depending on customers chosen shipping method. The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Royally High (Royally High Limited) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
